The Right Course for Right Now

As you count down to motherhood, every week (and every day!) can feel different as you and your baby-to-be continually grow and change. Our carefully curated pregnancy tracker is different from most because it’s mother-centered and designed to prepare you to navigate your new role with confidence.  

To avoid overwhelm, we recommend pacing yourself with one class per week. But feel free to start at any stage or pick the classes that most resonate with you.

 

First Trimester
